Ok.. so a few weeks ago I posted that I ordered a purse from Aldo..and they were gonna ship it for free...blah blah blah... Well.... after 10 calls between customer service and UPS (Aldo is blaming UPS saying that they didn't scan the package, but took it...and UPS is saying that Aldo never shipped it) I had to go back to the store to get a refund!!
SO MAD! Because I paid debit...customer service could only send out a cheque to me to refund or I had to go to a location.
This was waaaaayyy more trouble than it was worth. PLUS...to top it off.... they couldn't re-order it for me because their warehouse didn't have anymore in stock..so they'd have to do a transfer from another location to one that was closer to me if I still wanted it.
Me...being the "get it done now" type of person I am... went to a location closer to me than the one I originally ordered it from as soon as I got off the phone with customer service (again)...got my refund...and ended up buying another bag...oops....well... "exchanging" it... whatever... I got money back from the transaction....its cute...don't hate....lol.
